What you'll need before you start
Gather these six things and the application goes quickly. Everything is saved as you go, so you can stop and come back at any time.
The entity name that files income tax returns, the store name (d/b/a) where tickets will be sold, and the business trade style it falls under.
FEIN (or SSN for sole proprietors), State Taxpayer Identifier, sales tax and alcohol licence numbers.
Name, ownership percentage, contact details, and date and place of birth for each — up to 10.
One ID per owner: driver's licence, state ID, U.S. Armed Forces card, passport or resident alien card.
The name, title and phone number of the people the Lottery should contact on lottery business.
An account established “In Trust for the Georgia Lottery Corporation”, confirmed by your bank.

The application has five parts
The same five parts as the printed Retailer Application packet, so nothing is unfamiliar when you or the Lottery reviews it.
Legal entity, store name, business location, mailing details and contacts. Completed online
Completed once by each owner listed in Part 1, with consent to verify — up to 10 owners. Completed online
Authorises the transfer of lottery funds from the bank account confirmed by your bank. Submitted with payment
Required of all applicants; provided with your supporting documents. Supporting document
Signed by each member of an LLC or partnership; issued as part of finalising an approved application. Issued by the Lottery
Announcements
The Retailer Application packet can now be completed and submitted through this portal, with supporting documents uploaded and the fee paid electronically. You no longer need to mail a Cashier's Check, Business Check or Money Order.
The fee is $125 per business location for traditional lottery products, or $25 for a KENO!-only location. All application fees are non-refundable, whether or not the application is approved.
Each owner, shareholder, member and officer of the business must complete their own personal information section, including the consent authorising the Georgia Lottery Corporation to verify the information provided. Up to ten owners can be added to a single application.
